Title Attorney - Oklahoma Oil and Gas
TNLG is seeking an experienced Oklahoma Oil and Gas Title Attorney to join our growing team. Candidates will have at least five (5) years of experience drafting Oklahoma Oil and Gas Title Opinions. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile energy projects and provide strategic legal counsel. If you are passionate about energy law and want to make a significant impact within the industry while enjoying the flexibility of remote work, this role is for you.
Duties

Draft Oklahoma Oil and Gas Title Opinions.

Provide expert legal advice on oil and gas transactions, exploration, production, development, and commercial agreements.

Advise clients on regulatory compliance, environmental issues, and emerging legal trends in the energy sector.
​​Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active Oklahoma State Bar membership

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law focusing on Oil and Gas Title Examination

Landman experience a plus

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Knowledge of both domestic and international oil and gas law is a plus.
