Russell practices primarily in the areas of oil and gas and real property law, with an emphasis on mineral title examination. Russell has drafted thousands of title opinions covering lands located in Oklahoma, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Prior to joining the True North Law Group, Russell was a Sr. Title Attorney for a Fortune 500 Energy Company located in Oklahoma City, OK.
He is an enthusiastic supporter of Rice University athletics and is a member of the R Association (former football letterman).
A native Oklahoman, Russell was born and raised in Mustang, Oklahoma. He currently resides in Norman, Oklahoma with his two children, Avey and Reed. In his free time, Russell enjoys traveling and attending his kid’s sporting events.
